This place is a joke!! Was told I wasn’t able to have my son with me while I shopped at restaurant depot. I was told by John who works here (manager). I’m a single father who’s struggling, trying to make ends meet and this monster of a company denied me and my son and IMMEDIATELY REMOVED US from the store with no explanation. When I called to speak to someone I was hanged up on multiple times. The staff who work here are EXTREMELY DISGUSTING INDIVIDUALS!! If you have children don’t bring them with you here because this place with no explanation will kick you out. Will I ever shop here again NOPE. Thank you for embarrassing me and my 2 year old son in front of the whole store. It wasn’t needed. My son was petrified and crying. This could of been avoided if staff was trained correctly. I wish I could give less than one star.

Today, Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 2:30 PM, I had a really unpleasant experience with the managers at this branch. I wanted to buy some papayas, but the ones they had were placed in the discount section because they were very ripe. I kept insisting that they sell them to me—albeit at a discount—but they refused, saying they would rather throw them away than sell them to me. I find this incredibly heartless on their part; I wasn't asking for anything for free, yet they preferred to discard the fruit rather than offer a discount.

They don’t take early deliveries. So I had to wait until tomorrow at 12 noon for my delivery appointment time. One of the warehouse workers told me he would be ready to take me at 6am in the morning. I woke up around 9am. I didn’t get a knock on my door. So don’t expect them to wake you up. I got a call at 10am for a door. Got done getting unloaded by 10:52am since i only had 6 pallets. When he called, i asked him if theres a lumper fee and he told me to come inside. He asked for all my information and sent me the lumper fee and then told me to go back and wait in my truck. They need to change their system. Instead of making me do multiple trips back into the office, just have people sign in on the clip board with their phone number and information, and then send them the lumper fee once their done being unloaded.

There was an obvious manufacturing error with an item I bought here that I have been buying for my customers here for years. Box ended up having the wrong items inside. Instead of fixing the mistake the manager called me a liar and refused to replace the item. Manager the most useless person there. Make sure to check your items they will scam you.

Great store. Both wholesale and Retail sized items for most of the things. Great selections of seafood, meats and vegetables. Good place for any sized restaurants and personal shopping. Fewer checkout counters staffed so bit time consuming to checkout.
